MHVCA Membership Agreement

(This version supersedes all prior editions and applies to all members of the Mid-Hudson Valley Corvette Association, Inc.)

By signing below, I authorize the Mid-Hudson Valley Corvette Association, Inc. (MHVCA) to register me as a member. I understand that membership is contingent upon maintaining a valid driver’s license. I agree to comply with all MHVCA By-laws throughout the duration of my membership.

I further affirm that I will maintain current and valid insurance coverage for any vehicle I operate during participation in any and all MHVCA events or activities. I hereby release MHVCA, including its members, officials, sponsors, employees, agents, and associates, from any and all liability. I agree to indemnify and hold them harmless from claims or damages arising from individual acts of negligence or recklessness.

By my signature, I also affirm that within the past five (5) years, I have not been convicted of, nor pled guilty to, any serious driving infraction involving criminal conduct. This includes, but is not limited to, vehicular assault, uninsured operation of a motor vehicle, reckless driving, driving while intoxicated (DWI), or driving while ability impaired (DWAI). I further confirm that my driver’s license and automobile insurance have not been denied, revoked, restricted, or voluntarily surrendered due to criminal charges.

I declare that all information provided is true and accurate. I understand that I am required to notify MHVCA in writing of any changes to the above information and provide documentation as necessary.
